We offer Three options  which all include the venue which seats 120 people , and the marquee which seats another 80 guests,  kitchen ( cookers and freezers), big external braai,  (wood& charcoal not included) ,arena and outside welcoming area with tables , chairs and awning to seat 50 people.

 Reception

Table dressing options

 Option 1

Option 1 For people who have their own decorator and want to use their own covers and colours. we supply  tables, chairs drapes  etc but excludes table and chair covers as well as cutlery crockery and glass ware  at R90 per head  with minimum charge of  R5500

Option 2

Option 2 gives all tablewear, centre pieces, chair covers and drapes at R110 per head with minimum charge of R5500 It excludes crockery cutlery and glassware Recommended option if a professional caterer (with all the equipment) is doing the food.

Option 3

Option 3 gives you tables and chairs dressed with cutlery and crockery as well as glassware at R140 per head with minimum charge of R5500 all you need to bring is your colour theme and the food.

Ceremony option

The ceremony setup includes dressed wedding gazebo, chairs with covers, red carpet pulpit with PA system and two Flower arrangements in flower stands as well as confetti holder. It also includes the ceremony marquee so the weather is not an issue

The cost is R30 per person.

The Venue is a self catering & self setup venue which is what makes it an affordable wedding venue. In the case of all options we supply what is stated but the client will be responsible for setup and organisation.

Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of R2950

Other hire items required to be paid, with the breakage deposit and balance outstanding 30 days prior to event.

Breakage/corkage deposit R400 (refundable) or R700- for option 3

No smoking inside the venue

No furniture, table wear or other items found in the venue may be removed from indoors and used elsewhere. table centre pieces may not be broken down and used in different arrangement

Saturday and Friday events must cease by 12 midnight sharp. Sundays must close 7pm

Cancellation policy

Initial deposit required ie R2950  non refundable after 10 days of receiving payment.

Cancellation fee will be R2950

Cash bar is available and so no other alcohol allowed on premises . Please note breakage/corkage deposit will be forfeited if any other alcohol is present on site.
